We are 100% committed to making you Happy. You can return or exchange your purchased item and get refund (store credit or moneyback to your credit card / PayPal).
Before shipping any order, each item(s) is hand checked by a trained member of MOBOSQUARE team to ensure customer get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your item(s) arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you have received a defective or damaged item(s) please take pictures of the defect and contact our customer service department right away. We will work with you to guarantee satisfaction.
Here are the Return requirements you should know:
- To request further instructions on how to return your order, please contact us at Contact Mobosquare. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Must include a valid original purchase order number from MOBOSQUARE.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to the rules, we recommend you do not cut packaging immediately when you receive goods. Read all the information before using the item(s).
- When you take delivery of our product, you must inspect it immediately. You must report to us in writing any damage, suspected defects or incorrect supply which must be received by us within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may refuse any claim you make. If our product is damaged when we deliver it to you we may accept its return and replace it with an equivalent product or credit you with the price paid, at our option. You must comply with any reporting requirements imposed by either us or a Third-Party Supplier. To return any product to us, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) from us by contacting email@example.com.
- We will accept the return of our product if our product is not in accordance with your order, your proof of purchase is returned, and it is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of the RMA# being issued by us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
- If you wish to return to us our product which we have correctly supplied to order you must let us know within 7 days of the date of delivery. If we agree to the return of such product, we may charge you a handling or re-stocking fee of between $50.00 per product or 10% of the price of product returned plus any delivery costs. If we accept the return of product which was specifically produced to your specifications or has been damaged or altered by you, we will not credit you with the price paid for it.

Damages and issues .
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
