Freight Policy

• Any Single Item Dimension Greater Than 1165mm
• All prices quoted in this document are excluding GST.
• This policy only applies to orders dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse.
• Best effort to dispatch for overnight delivery for Sydney metro orders placed by 2pm.
• Best effort to dispatch same day for interstate and air freight orders placed by 2.00pm AEST. Transit times depend on location and carrier.
• Freight services are best effort and not guaranteed.
• For guaranteed same day delivery options for the Sydney metro area (chargeable service) please contact Mobosquare.
• All oversize and overweight items (over 30KG) will be charged freight regardless of zone (e.g. all racks and selected UPS devices).
• Web orders with products requiring freight will be put into a hold status and the customer will be notified of the chargeable amount.
• Electronic products such as licenses and selected warranties do not incur a freight charge.
• Special freight arrangements can be organised on a case-by-case basis with each individual account.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Specialised Freight

Tailgate, assisted delivery and other services are available on request and will be quoted accordingly

 

1. The Mobosquare freight matrix applies for standard road freight and standard air freight only. If you have special delivery circumstances, please contact us.
2. Mobosquare reserves the right to charge freight on any order. If your order contains large and or heavy items or unusual delivery circumstances, Mobosquare reserves the right to provide a freight quote that must be accepted prior to shipment.
3. Orders for which flat rate Zone 1 or Zone 2 freight costs apply will have the charges added during the order completion phase. By placing your order with Mobosquare you are accepting these charges and by doing so, confirm that you are an individual or authorised on behalf of your company to incur the charges.
4. All orders with quotable freight will be placed on hold and a Mobosquare representative will contact you or your company to advise freight charges. If your order has been placed online you may be required to pay for your order in full prior to being advised of the shipping costs to secure stock allocation.
5. All items on an order placed via the Mobosquare website will be delivered to the address specified during the checkout process. Items cannot be split for separate delivery addresses when ordering via the Mobosquare website.
6. Once an order has been placed on the Mobosquare website you are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact Mobosquare at info@mobosquare.com.au if you would like to make a change once an order has been processed.
7. All freight prices quoted on the Mobosquare website, advertising material and downloadable documentation is excluding GST unless explicitly stated.
8. Best effort to dispatch for overnight delivery for Sydney metro orders placed by 2pm AEST is on best effort basis but is not guaranteed.
9. Same day dispatch for interstate orders placed before 2:00pm is on best effort basis but is not guaranteed.
10. Mobosquare requires someone to be available to receive orders at the specified address during business hours. If no one is available, Mobosquare reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of $20 ex GST for each subsequent attempt.

11. Special freight arrangements can be organised on a case-by-case basis with each individual account. Mobosquare may not be able to provide a specific time and date for each delivery and reserves the right to withhold this information if we believe it is inaccurate.
12. Mobosquare reserves the right to limit the number of products purchased on an order in unusual circumstances.
13. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
14. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on either the next business day or when stock is available depending on which occurs first.
15. Mobosquare is unable to deliver any orders to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a Post Office Box address, we will contact you for a physical address. Mobosquare reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee if the order has already been dispatched.
16. Mobosquare does not charge for orders marked as collect. These orders must be collected between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
17. Electronic products such as licenses and warranties do not incur any freight charge.
18. If you specifically request items on an order to be split and the first order qualifies for free freight, Mobosquare reserves the right to charge a delivery fee on the second order.
19. Orders that require part shipment/backorder will only be charged freight on the first order (if required). All subsequent shipments to complete the order will be made via standard road freight and will not be charged freight provided they are within the bounds of the aforementioned policy.
20. Air freight flat rate fee of $20 per notebook applies to devices with a screen size of 15.6” or less only.
